U.S. Measurements and Equivalents
Hi and welcome to Measurements and Equivalents. For you seasoned cooks and crafters you probably have become pretty good at measuring and converting. But for you young ladies just starting out in the kitchen, learning how to use the right tools and how-to's is important.
I was surprised to learn that many people did not know that there was measuring tools for liquid ingredients and another for dry ingredients.
While this may not matter much in many dishes you are cooking because you are cooking "to-taste" (to your specific liking), it does make or break your success when it comes to baking!
